House Bill 300: Establish remote treatment of opioid use disorder

HB 300 requires the Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (OhioMHAS) to establish a pilot program to provide grant funding for the provision of remote methadone treatment to individuals with opioid use disorder. The bill will also allocate $750,000 in each of FY 2024 and FY 2025 to fund the pilot program.
