HB 343 enacts the Reproductive Care Act regarding abortion, abortion-related laws, and reproductive health protections; to amend the version of section 3702.30 of the Revised Code that is scheduled to take effect September 30, 2024; and to repeal the version of section 5103.11 of the Revised Code that is scheduled to take effect January 1, 2025, to continue the changes on and after those dates.
